DStv installation across Eastern Cape

Most local bookings are same or next day, seven days a week. The morning after a storm is the busiest window — half the area calls at once — and in that case we'll tell you honestly where you are in the queue rather than promise an afternoon we can't make.

We cover Nationwide — all 9 South African provinces. If your suburb isn't listed above, call 069 507 6822 — the listed areas are our standing patches, not our limits.

It depends on the job, how many viewing points it feeds, and how hard the roof is to work on safely — a single-point install on a face-brick single-storey wall is a very different job from a four-room setup on a double-storey. That's why we survey before quoting, and once the fixed quote is given it doesn't move. Subscription costs are separate and go to the broadcaster, not to us.

Usually, yes. Despite naming your smart card, E48-32 is far more often a dish, LNB or connector fault — the decoder can't complete authorisation because it isn't receiving enough signal. We measure at the decoder first, which separates a roof fault from an account fault in about two minutes. See our E48-32 guide for the free checks to try first.

No — we're an independent installation and repair business. We install, align, repair and maintain the hardware and we work for you rather than for a platform. We can't activate subscriptions, pay accounts or issue smart cards; those are account matters only the broadcaster can handle.

Every job carries our 12-month workmanship warranty. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it free — one phone call, no forms.
