E48-32 / no signal
Names your smart card, but usually the dish, LNB or a corroded connector. We measure at the decoder before condemning anything.
Breaks up in the rain
Means no signal margin — alignment, a tired LNB, poor connectors, or a dish too small for your area's footprint.
Stopped after a storm
The dish has moved. Realigning is the easy half; fixing the mount that let it move is what stops the repeat.
Extra View won't work
Almost always a splitter doing a multiswitch's job. Independent viewing needs a head-end that genuinely supports it.
Every TV out at once
Diagnostic in itself — individual rooms can't fail together. It's the shared head-end, usually the multiswitch power supply.
