It depends on the job, how many viewing points it feeds, and how hard the roof is to work on safely — a single-point install on a face-brick single-storey wall is a very different job from a four-room setup on a double-storey. That's why we survey before quoting, and once the fixed quote is given it doesn't move. Subscription costs are separate and go to the broadcaster, not to us.

Usually, yes. Despite naming your smart card, E48-32 is far more often a dish, LNB or connector fault — the decoder can't complete authorisation because it isn't receiving enough signal. No — we're an independent installation and repair business. We install, align, repair and maintain the hardware and we work for you rather than for a platform. We can't activate subscriptions, pay accounts or issue smart cards; those are account matters only the broadcaster can handle.
